Peptide Refund & Return Policy
This Peptide Refund & Return Policy explains how LuxeBioScience handles order cancellations, damaged shipments, incorrect deliveries, and limited replacement requests for research-use peptide products.
1. Policy Overview
All sales on LuxeBioScience are final once an order has been successfully placed and processed.
Because our peptides are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes, we do not accept returns or offer refunds after delivery. In limited cases involving verified damaged goods, incorrect shipments, or confirmed delivery failures, we may review requests for replacement or reshipment only.
2. Returns and Non-Returnable Items
Routine returns are not accepted once an order has been fulfilled.
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened, altered, or used items
- Products not stored under recommended conditions after delivery
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Requests based on personal preference or change of decision
Once an order has entered processing or shipping stages, cancellations may no longer be possible. Refunds are not issued for delivered peptide orders.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your shipment arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us review the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order reference number
- Clear images of the package label
- Photos showing packaging condition
- Photos of the affected product(s)
After review, LuxeBioScience may offer a replacement or reshipment depending on the situation. Refunds are not available for peptide orders.
4. Lost Packages and Shipping Delays
If a shipment appears delayed, we will review tracking details and carrier updates before taking further action.
In cases where a package is reasonably confirmed as lost, we may provide a reshipment or replacement.
Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or high shipping volumes do not automatically qualify for compensation or refunds.
5. Cancellations and Order Changes
Requests for cancellation or modification must be submitted immediately after placing the order.
Orders that have not yet entered processing may be eligible for limited changes. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.
6. Refund Timing
LuxeBioScience does not issue monetary refunds for peptide products.
In approved cases involving verified shipping issues, only replacement or reshipment resolutions may be considered.

- Detailed explanation of the issue
- Relevant images or tracking details
